Ingredients
A 100% of local Goikoetxe apples harvested in October in a select orchard from the Agote-Txiki farm (Askizu, Getaria), assigned to the Protected Denomination of Origin “Euskal Sagardoa”.
Characteristics
Goikoetxe is a reddish flavourful small apple. By elaborating this cider we want to capture its essence and show our passion for making such a unique and special product.
Tasting
Sight. Pale yellow with intense coloured tones.
Smell. Aromatic intensity and complexity: The citrics arrive first, and then, the stone fruits.
Taste. Perfect harmony of acidity and bitterness. Roundness, intensity and a persistent over time flavour.
Serving
Serve at a temperature of 10ºC-13ºC. Shake it gently before opening and pour in a glass.

Alcoholic volume: 6% vol.
It does not contain gluten. Suitable for vegan diet.
