Ingredients
100% of local apples of the Urtebi Haundi variety, collected in October from two selected orchards: the Antzieta farmhouse (Alkiza) and Agote-Txiki (Askizu, Getaria), both attached to the Protected Denomination of Origin “Euskal Sagardoa” - Cider from the Basque Country.
Characteristics
Urtebi Haundi is a large green apple, sour and complex at the same time. We wanted to capture in this cider its essence and our courage to develop a product as special as Ausart.
Tasting note
Sight. Intense green yellow.
Smell. Great aromatic intensity, hints of green apples with a balsamic touch.
Taste. Acidity and the carbonic mark the entry into the mouth. After a soft step, in the end, the greenness of this special apple persists.
Serving
Serve at a temperature of 10ºC-13ºC. Shake it gently before opening and pour in a glass.

Alcoholic volume: 6% vol.
It does not contain gluten. Suitable for vegan diet.
