Oiharte 3.0º Cider
Low-alcohol natural cider.
Description
Low-alcohol cider produced at the Oiharte Cider House in Zerain. This cider is obtained from the fermentation of natural apple juice with a low amount of sugar. By fermenting this low-sugar must, they obtain a low-alcohol cider. Oiharte 3.0º is a cider produced with apples used to make the Basque cider DO Euskal Sagardoa. Any sediment in the can is typical of natural cider. Recommended to drink at 10-11ºC.

The new cider brewery, equipped with the latest technology, stands next to the house.
