Natural Brut Nature sparkling cider aged for 18 months made by the Otaño-Goikoetxea family in the Petritegi farmhouse, through a second fermentation of the cider in the bottle.

Description

Selection of a natural cider and tiraje in the bottles, producing here the second fermentation by the traditional method. Aged on lees or rhyme, horizontally, for at least 18 months. Decantation of the cider for about 4 weeks in desks by manual stirring. Degüelle and final corking. No expedition liquor is used, thus achieving a brut nature cider.
